Tour

A tour of the Fomo terminal, panel by panel

Open any token on fomo.family and the screen splits into four working areas. Here is what each one does, left to right.

Screenshot of the Fomo terminal on a token page: Crypto tab with BTC, ETH and SOL on the left, a 1-minute TradingView chart with trader avatars on the candles, the Holders, Swaps and Thesis tabs below, and the Buy panel with $10 to $1,000 presets on the right

Token list, left

Tabs for Alerts, Tokens and Leaderboard. Under Tokens: Watchlist, Crypto, Trending and Most held. Crypto lists the majors with a verified tick, BTC, ETH, XRP, BNB, HYPE, SOL and the rest, each with market cap, price and 24-hour change; Trending is where the memecoins live. Star a token to keep it in the watchlist. Split bottom and Split right dock a second panel.

Chart, centre

TradingView with candlestick, line, bar and area types, 100+ indicators, drawing tools, and timeframes from one minute to one year. Above the chart: market cap, price, 24-hour change, volume, liquidity and holder count. Trader avatars sit on the candles where they bought. The overlays are the part no other terminal has: My swaps marks your own entries and exits, Thesis pins the notes traders posted, Friends only filters the markers to people you follow, and Min size hides trades under $1,000.

Holders, Swaps and Thesis, below the chart

The holder table shows each wallet's position, PnL, average entry, hold time and whether it posted a thesis, with Thesis only and Friends only filters. Team holdings are flagged in their own row. Swaps is the live tape. Thesis is every argument traders have made for or against the token, newest first; a busy token carries thousands.

Buy panel, right

Buy and Sell tabs, an amount box, presets of $10, $100, $500 and $1,000, a Max button, your available balance and the fee line. Below it, About: 5-minute to 1-day price change, buys against sells, volume, buyers against sellers, plus the token's website, X account and a Search on X button. Your positions, open and closed, sit at the bottom.

If you come from Axiom or GMGN, this is the checklist you care about. The terminal covers the chart, the buy and the social layer; it skips the automation.

Fomo terminal vs Axiom, GMGN and Photon

Fomo's own launch post says "fomo web is not a trading terminal." Read that as a description of what it leaves out, not what it does. On the three things a terminal is used for most, reading a chart, watching wallets and buying fast, it matches them and undercuts them on price. On automation it does not compete.

Who it is for

Who the Fomo terminal is for

Good fit:

you trade a handful of tokens a day off other people's calls and want the chart, the feed and the buy button on one screen, at the lowest fee in the group, with the phone app for alerts when you step away.

Bad fit:

you snipe launches in the first seconds, run several wallets, or need limit orders on spot. Keep Axiom or GMGN for that and use Fomo for the feed.

Common setup:

Fomo terminal on one monitor for research and the social layer, a dedicated terminal on the other for execution on new launches.

One account, one balance. Whatever you buy in the terminal shows in the phone app within seconds, and the other way round. Log in on the web with the same method you used on the phone, or you will create a second, empty wallet.
Open it

How to open the Fomo terminal

Two minutes, five steps. Step four is the one that makes it a Fomo terminal rather than a chart with a buy button.

  1. Open fomo.family on a desktop browser Check the spelling

Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. Type it yourself: one o. A copy at fomoo.family, two o's, ran a wallet drainer earlier this year.

  2. Log in or sign up 10% off

Same email, Apple or Google login as the app. Creating the account here? Type referral code GEMQUEENX on the sign-up screen and every trading fee drops 10% for the life of the account.

  3. Pick a token

Trending, Most held or Graduated on the left, or search by name, ticker or contract address. Star the ones you want in your watchlist.

  4. Turn on the trade overlays

Above the chart, tick My swaps, Thesis and Friends only. Every buy and sell from people you follow now sits on the candles, with their note. Set Min size to hide dust.

  5. Trade from the right panel

Pick a preset or type an amount, read the fee line, click Buy. The position appears under Your positions and on your phone at the same time.

FAQ

Fomo terminal questions

Is there a Fomo terminal?

Yes, in practice. The Fomo terminal is Fomo Web at fomo.family: a browser layout with a token list on the left, a TradingView chart in the middle, the trader feed and holders under it, and a buy panel on the right. Fomo itself calls it a web app rather than a terminal because it has no sniper or bundled wallets.

Is the Fomo terminal free?

Yes. There is no subscription and nothing to install. Fomo earns a 0.5% fee on each spot trade, 0.45% with referral code GEMQUEENX, and pays the gas itself. Axiom and GMGN charge 0.7% to 1% plus your own gas and priority fees.

Does the Fomo terminal have limit orders?

Not on spot. Buys and sells are market orders with preset amounts. Perps, which run through Hyperliquid, do have limit orders, take profit and stop loss drawn on the chart. Spot limit orders are the most requested missing feature in recent App Store reviews.

Can I use the Fomo terminal on a phone?

The full terminal layout needs a desktop browser. On a phone the same account runs in the iPhone or Android app, and fomo.family opens in Chrome or Safari with a single-column layout. Positions, feed and balance are shared across all of them.

Fomo terminal vs Axiom: which is cheaper?

Fomo. A $1,000 spot trade costs $5 on Fomo, or $4.50 with a referral code, with gas included. On Axiom the same trade costs about $7.50 to $9.50 before gas and priority fees. Axiom wins on order types and sniping tools, not on price.

Do I need the Fomo app to use the terminal?

No. You can create the account on fomo.family and never install the app. Most people do both: the terminal for charts and research on a desk, the app for alerts and one-tap buys when they are away from it.
