Download the Fomo app for Android from Google Play and you get the whole product: the trader feed, copy trading, the meme coin leaderboards, perps and all six chains. The listing has passed 500K+ installs at 4.7 stars, installs in under a minute and takes Google Pay. One thing it does not have is an APK file outside the store, and this page explains why you should be glad about that.

Yes. The Fomo app for Android is a free download on Google Play under the package name family.fomo.app, published by FOMO Labs, Inc. There is no official APK file outside the store. Phones without Google Play can run the web app at fomo.family.
Six steps, about three minutes from Google Play to a funded account. Step two is the one that keeps clone apps off your phone, so do not skip it.
Tap Get it on Google Play above. It opens the listing for family.fomo.app directly. Searching the store for "fomo" works too, but the results also show a handful of unrelated apps with the same word in the name, and the button skips them.
Under the app name it must say FOMO Labs, Inc. If it says anything else, back out. Clone apps exist and a self-custodial wallet is the worst app category to get wrong.
The download is about 100 MB and opens straight to the sign-up screen. Allow notifications when asked. Alerts for the traders you follow are the point of the app.

No, and the reason is worth two paragraphs, because "fomo apk" is one of the most searched phrases about this app. Fomo is a self-custodial wallet. Half of your private key lives on the phone, inside the app's storage. A build that has been unpacked, modified and repacked by a third party can read that half, wait for your login to reconstruct the rest, and empty the wallet. Nothing about the trading features needs to change for that to happen, so the modified app looks and works exactly like the real one until the day it does not.
The Play Store build is signed by FOMO Labs and verified by Google on every update. That signature is the only thing standing between you and a repackaged copy. Sites that offer "Fomo APK latest version" downloads are, at best, mirroring the Play file with a delay, and you have no way to tell the good mirrors from the bad ones.
It is the same app with the same account and the same balance. The only differences are the ones Google and Apple impose, and none of them touch trading.

Your Play account country is in the restricted list, or set to the wrong place. Check Play settings, then fall back to the web app.
Usually a phone without Google Play Services or a very old Android build. The web app is the workaround.
Delete the file. You should not have it anyway. Install from Play.
The Coinbase on-ramp rejects some prepaid and business cards. Try a different card or deposit USDC from an exchange.
Check that notifications are allowed for Fomo and that battery optimisation is not killing it in the background. Xiaomi and Huawei phones are the usual culprits.
Codes expire quickly. Request a new one and check spam. Signing in with Google skips the email step entirely.
The Google Play listing averages 4.7 stars across 3.99K ratings. Sort it by "most helpful" and the loudest reviews are the angry ones, so here is a fair sample: three positive, two mixed, one negative, each quoted as written. Names are the reviewers' real display names; avatars are generated.
Great application for trading coins from any blockchain. Ease of use for everyone from newbies to experienced players. Nice not to have to bridge crypto to buy a trending coin. Watching top traders helps as well.

perps are great based on hyperliquid but it would be nice if I could hedge positions and have multiple close limits (aka take profit levels). when I try to open more than one my earlier ones seem to disappear, not sure if that's intentional or not

the only reason I'm giving it a 4 is because the websockets on mobile constantly drop and real time data is crucial for trading, and there no way to set take profit and stop loss

Worked completely fine until I got logged out randomly and now my account with all my money is stuck in here. Especially with all the fees and delayed buys and sells you're not gonna profit off of this.

No. FOMO Labs publishes the Android app only through Google Play under the package name family.fomo.app. Any site offering a "Fomo APK" is redistributing the Play build or shipping something else. Because Fomo is a self-custodial wallet, a modified build could read your private key, so sideloading is the one shortcut not worth taking.
Yes. Deposits go through the Coinbase on-ramp and accept Google Pay, debit cards and credit cards. Crypto deposits in USDC or SOL from any wallet work too and are the cheapest way in.
Fomo blocks twelve jurisdictions in its terms, including Iran, Cuba, Venezuela, Myanmar, Sudan and North Korea, plus anywhere under US, UK or EU sanctions. If you are somewhere else and still cannot see it, your Play account country may be set wrong. The web app at fomo.family runs in Chrome on Android without the store.

Roughly 100 MB. The iOS build is 107 MB and the Android build is in the same range. What it needs more than storage is a working Google Play Services install, because push alerts for the traders you follow depend on it.
